The cuvée « Les Safres », AOC red Luberon is the result of Bonnieux cellar vineyards selections. Each plot of vineyard is visited during the season by our technician in order to retain only the most qualitative grapes. The used grape varieties are traditional of the Côtes du Luberon appellation (Grenache and Syrah) in order to create the most typical wine from our terroir. The good vinification and blending give a round and fruity wine, to be drunk now or preserved a few years. .
