The special reserve “Terres rouges” AOC red Ventoux, is produced from the best parcels of Syrah and black Grenache of the Cellar. We select old vines, well trellised and maintained carefully with a reduced load in order to obtain quite ripe grapes and the concentration necessary to allow a long maceration on tank.
