Characteristics: Full-bodied, spicy, raw
Terroir: Chalky-clayey hillsides of Luberon, to the limit of Regional Natural Reserve. The vines are traditionally trained, in agreement with the charter of Luberon.
Grape variety: Syrah, Grenache and Marselan
Vinification: Grapes are vinified on separate tanks. Cold maceration before fermentation. Add of yeast. Traditional fermentation with daily pumping-over. Areation of must during alcoholic fermentation, especially for the Syrah. Long maceraion = 30 days. Blending of free run wine and first press wine. Bottling after vat ageing during 9 months. No fined and no filtered wine.

Mouth: good expression of blackcurrant aromas with well-rounded tanins and to finish, a feeling of mentholated freshness.
