The "ALTA NERA" AOP Luberon blanc cuvée is produced from selections of white grape varieties from the Cellar: well-trellised and well-maintained vines with a moderate load allowing the production of a wine that accepts aging in barrels.

Terroir: The grapes come from the clay-limestone hillsides of the Luberon mountains. The North, North-West exposure offers us a progressive and complete maturity. The great day/night thermal variations allow us to offer you a rich and fragrant wine.
Grape variety: Vermentino and Clairette
Vinification: Alta Nera white is a blend of Clairette Vermentino.
The grape varieties are vinified separately in oak barrels and in demi-muid, followed by aging on lees for 24 months.
Tasting comments
Colour: Straw yellow.
Nose: Complex where the aromas respond to each other. Aroma of honey wax with vanilla notes.
Mouth: Round and complex. Aging in wood brings structure and fat.
