The special reserve “Domaine Bastide de Rodon” AOC red Ventoux, is produced from old vines, well trellised and maintained carefully with a reduced load in order to obtain quite ripe grapes and the concentration necessary to allow a long maceration on tank. "In 1920, Madelaine and Camille HUGUES participated in the creation of the cellar of Bonnieux, followed by Hervé and Raymond. Today, it is Patricia who cultivates in Organic Agriculture the plots of the domain of Bastide de Rodon, family property in the name of Provençal."
