The cuvée « Les Safres », AOC rosé Luberon is the result of Bonnieux cellar vineyards selections. Each plot of vineyard is visited during the season by our technician in order to retain only the most qualitative grapes. According to a blending with the most representative grapes of the appellation, this cuvée is a typical rosé wine from Luberon with an excellent value for money.

Terroir: Stony and chalky-clayey soils of Luberon.
Grape variety: Syrah, Grenache
Vinification: Protection of just harvested grapes against oxydation. Rosé from straight pressing (pneumatic press). Cooling of must at 8° C. Must racking during 18H. Fermentation of clarified juice under low tempratures (14-16°C) after yeast add. bleed off and blocking of malolactic fermentation.

Nose : rich and complex nose whith fruty and floral aroma. it stays discret and delicate.
Bouche : very freshness mouth whith the floral caracter of this wine mixt to white fruits aroma. beautyfull fullness.
